For the salad:

  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 40 grams young cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 2 boiled eggs (chopped into small pieces)
  • 20 grams walnuts (halved, if desired)
  • optional:
    * smoked chicken breast (cut into pieces)
    * crispy bacon

For the dressing:

  • 1 tbsp yogurt of your choice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper and salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp dill
  • erythritol powdered sugar (to taste)


First, mix all the dressing ingredients together, and place the spinach in a bowl. Cut the dressing through the spinach with two knives, making it easier to eat and ensuring the dressing is evenly distributed.

Now, add all the other ingredients and mix together.
