De ingrediënten

For 3-4 servings, you will need:

    • 2 heads of broccoli (cut into florets)
    • 100 grams of Gouda cheese (grated)
    • 30 grams of Parmesan cheese (grated)
    • 200 grams of cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper (to taste)
    • 60 grams of crème fraîche or Greek yogurt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and prepare an ovenproof dish.

Briefly blanch the broccoli florets. While they are cooking, mix all the other ingredients together. Drain the broccoli and, while still warm, thoroughly mix in the sauce.

Spread the mixture evenly in the ovenproof dish. Place the dish in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes. If the top is not nicely golden brown yet, you can increase the oven temperature for a few minutes or use the grill function.

Tip: It’s also delicious with cubes of ham or crispy bacon mixed in.
