Creamy Stuffed Omelet Wrap

In addition to all the recipes from my cookbooks, I’ve also put together a delightful selection of recipes that aren’t cookbook-worthy but are still very tasty and simple! Including this delicious dish.
This stuffed omelet wrap is truly incredibly delicious! And it’s also very easy and quick to prepare—what more could one ask for?!

Keto recipes


        • 2 to 3 eggs
        • 100 to 150 grams of chestnut mushrooms (sliced or finely chopped)
        • A few slices of ham of your choice
        • 50 to 75 grams of cream cheese
        • Pepper and salt (to taste)
        • Butter or oil of your choice (for frying)
        • Optional:
          – 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
          – 1 shallot (finely chopped)
          – Chives/parsley (for garnish)


Beat the eggs with pepper and salt and make an omelet in a large frying pan.
While doing that, chop the mushrooms and the ham into pieces. If you’re using fresh garlic and shallot, chop those as well, and also cut the ham into pieces.

Remove the omelet from the pan and set it aside on a plate. In the same pan, sauté the shallot and garlic (if used), add the mushrooms and cook them, stirring until they reach your desired tenderness. Season with pepper and salt, then add the ham and cream cheese. Heat it up while stirring until the cream cheese is melted and you have a nice sauce.

Spread the mixture over the omelet, roll it up, and enjoy!
